日本国内配送
・送料 全国一律 500円（税込）*1万円以上のご注文で送料無料
（沖縄・離島は別途1,500円をご請求させて頂きます）
・運送業者 佐川急便
・代金引換の際の代引手数料 一律 440円（税込）
・そのほか返品交換修理等に関わる場合の手数料（別途ご案内）
- 引き渡し時期
- 配送指定日がなければご注文承諾後3日以内での発送となります。
- 返品・交換について
- ご注文の商品が「イメージと違った」「サイズが合わない」場合など、お客様のご都合による返品は、当店返品可能条件を満たしていれば承ります。
なお返送に係わる送料につきましてはお客様ご負担でお願い致します。 - 商品購入後8日以内に返品のお申し入れを頂きました場合につきまして、未使用に限り返品をお受付いたします。上記連絡先までご連絡ください。

- 不良品の取扱条件商品の品質は万全を期しておりますが、万が一商品が破損・汚損していた場合、またはご注文と異なる場合は、8日以内にご連絡いただければ早急に交換処理させていただきます。（送料・手数料共に当店負担で早急に新品をご送付いたします。）
- 交換商品がない場合に関しましては返品返金処理をさせていただきます。
国際配送 (International Shipping Policy)
ご注文およびご入金の確認後、通常1～3営業日以内（土日祝日を除く）に発送いたします。予約商品や受注生産品は、商品ページに記載された納期に準じます。
Orders are typically processed and shipped within1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. For pre-orders or made-to-order items, please refer to the delivery timeline stated on the product page.
日本郵便のEMS（国際スピード郵便）にて日本から発送いたします。発送完了後、通常5〜7日程度でお届けとなります。
All international orders are shipped from Japan via EMS (Express Mail Service) by Japan Post. Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 days after shipment.
発送完了後、追跡番号をメールでお知らせします。現地の税関手続きや配送状況により、通常より日数がかかる場合がございます。
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Please note that customs clearance, local postal conditions, or severe weather may cause delays beyond our control.
配送料金は、お届け先の国・地域および商品の総重量に基づいて、チェックアウト（購入）画面で自動計算されます。
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country/region and the total weight of your order.
商品代金および送料には、お届け先の国で発生する関税、消費税（VAT等）、通関手数料は含まれておりません。
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes (such as VAT), and clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
発生したすべての関税や手数料は、購入者様（受取人様）のご負担となります。荷物の受け取り時に、現地の配送業者または税関へ直接お支払いください。
All customs fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer (recipient). Please pay these charges directly to the local carrier or customs office upon delivery.
EMSの取扱地域に準じます。お届け先が私書箱（PO Box）の場合、配送ができない国がございます。必ず確実にお受け取りいただけるご住所をご登録ください。
We ship to all countries and regions supported by EMS. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes in certain countries. Please ensure you provide a valid physical shipping address.
配送中の紛失や破損は、EMSの補償規定に基づき対応いたします。商品到着時に破損があった場合は、そのままの状態で現地の郵便局へ損害申告を行ってください。
In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, compensation will be handled in accordance with the regulations of EMS. If your package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and report the damage to your local post office immediately.
