裏地が付き、吸湿発熱機能を持ったKOMATHERMOという素材を挟んでいるため薄手ですが保温性に優れたウエスタン調のジップシャツです。
小さな窯で少量づつ染色を施し天日乾燥仕上げしたウェザークロス。
天日乾燥による天然繊維の膨らみや柔らかさを引き出しています。
ウェザークロスは悪天候にも耐えられるように高密度に織られた、丈夫で防水性に優れた生地です。
ハリとコシがあり、軽いながらも強度があり、通気性にも優れています。
もともとは軍用コートに使われていたことに由来し、現在ではカジュアルなシャツからアウター、バッグまで幅広く利用されています。
